Questions, answered

What people ask before they pay.

  • What counts as a document?

    One file you send out, however many people sign it. A contract that goes to five people is one document, not five.

  • Do you charge per signature or per person?

    Neither. One price covers the whole workspace, and you pay for how much you send. Signatures, recipients and reminders are never counted.

  • Does the person signing pay anything?

    Nothing, and they do not need an account. They open the link in their email and sign.

  • What are credits?

    What the agent works on. Drafting and sending an agreement takes about 30; a question, a lookup or a reminder takes a few. Every plan comes with a month of them, from 100 on Free to 5,000 on Business, renewed on the 1st.

  • What happens when the credits run out?

    Only the agent waits for the 1st. Sending, signing, templates and everything else keep working, and nothing already sent is touched.

  • What happens when I reach my limit?

    Everything already sent keeps working: people can still sign it and you can still download it. New documents wait until the month turns over, or until you move up a plan.

  • Can I change plans later?

    Any time, from Settings. Moving up applies straight away. Moving down applies at the end of the period you have already paid for.

  • Can I cancel?

    Whenever you like, from Settings, with no fee and no call. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Cancel within 7 days of a first payment, ask us, and we refund it in full.

  • Do signed documents stay valid if I cancel?

    Yes. Cancelling never voids a signature or a completed document. Your workspace moves to Free, or becomes read-only so you can export everything.

  • How is my data handled?

    Card details go to our payment processor and never reach our servers. Our data processing addendum covers every workspace automatically, with nothing to sign.
